have no more than 10 employees including labour only sub contractors

have not suffered any more than 2 claims totalling no more than £2,500 over the
last 3 years

You are not involved in demolition other than as part of a contract to rebuild by you

no insurer has cancelled, declined to renew or declined to provide cover in
respect of you or any partners or directors

you or a partner or director have never been convicted for any criminal offence
involving dishonesty, arson, theft or wilful damage or for breach of any
stature relating to health and safety at work or has any prosecution
outstanding

you do not work with acids, gases, explosives, radioactive or similar dangerous
liquids or substances

you do not work on power stations, nuclear installations, or establishments
-
you do not work on refineries, bulk storage or premises in oil, gas or chemical
industries or offshore structures, hovercraft, aircraft, aerospace systems,
watercraft or railways, power stations, nuclear installations or establishments

you do not work with silica, asbestos or substances containing asbestos
